You’ll have a full access to my luxurious client closet, where you can choose from a curated collection of luxury maternity gowns designed to flatter and reflect your unique style.
3. Session Day
On the day of your maternity photoshoot, you’ll be pampered with professional hair and makeup by an experienced artist so you feel confident and radiant. Your session unfolds at a relaxed pace, with gentle guidance throughout as we capture a beautiful variety of poses, emotions, and quiet moments that feel natural and authentic.
4. Hand Retouching & Image Selection
Within 3 days of your session, you’ll receive a private selection gallery to choose your favourite maternity photos. Each selected image is hand-retouched with care, enhancing your natural beauty while preserving the soft, timeless style you see throughout my maternity photography portfolio.

Before the photo shoot, they provided the preparation guide and discussed our preferred style in detail. They set up the scene in advance and maintained clear communication with us. The shooting environment was perfectly baby-friendly—with ideal temperature and humidity—ensuring our little one stayed comfortable throughout.
The team patiently helped our baby to sleep, assisted with feeding, and carefully burped them. The entire process was handled with great expertise, and the staff were incredibly patient and caring toward our baby, who enjoyed the whole experience. How far in advance should I book?
To ensure availability especially during peak seasons (summer), at least to book your maternity session 4-6 weeks in advance. This also gives us time for planning and a gown fitting. Maternity session happens in your 28-34 weeks.
What should I wear for my maternity photoshoot?
You’re fully covered with our luxurious maternity client closet. You’ll have full access to our carefully curated collection of elegant maternity gowns and draping fabrics, all sourced internationally from renowned maternity gown designers. Each piece is selected to help you feel confident, radiant, and beautifully styled for your Edmonton maternity photography session.
If you’d like to include your own clothing for a more personal touch, choose something timeless—an outfit you’ll still love 10 years from now when you look back on these special memories.
Where will the session take place?
Most of our maternity sessions take place in our Edmonton studio, where we offer a controlled, comfortable environment with beautiful light. Outdoor maternity sessions are also available during summer, please inquiry.
How long does a maternity session take?
We typically allow 2 hours for our professional makeup artist to complete your hair and makeup, ensuring you feel polished and photo-ready. Your maternity photoshoot in Edmonton will last approximately 2 to 4 hours, depending on the package you’ve selected. This unhurried timeline gives us plenty of time for outfit changes, a variety of poses and backdrops, and breaks so you can rest and enjoy the experience. Don’t worry! We will order Pizza for you if you need stay here for more than 4 hours in the studio.
Can my partner or children be included in the session?
Absolutely! We encourage including your partner and children in your pregnency photography session. These moments are a beautiful way to create timeless family portraits that celebrate not only your pregnancy, but also the love and connection that surround your growing family.
How many outfits can I wear during the shoot?
Moost people select sessions include 4 outfit changes, allowing for a variety of looks from classic elegance to artistic and fashion-inspired styles. But depends on the packages, you can have more or less outfits change.
What if my kids don’t cooperate during the session?
No worries at all! As an experienced baby and family photographer in Edmonton, I’ve worked with children of all ages and understand how to connect with them gently and professionally. I know that little ones can be unpredictable, and I’m fully prepared for that.
Since maternity sessions are longer, I usually don’t need your children to be present the entire time. In fact, I often recommend having your kids join toward the end of the session, when we’re ready to capture those special family moments. This keeps things smooth and relaxed for everyone, especially your little ones.
When will I receive my photos?
You can expect to receive your beautifully edited photos within 15 days after you made your selection. We’ll notify you as soon as they’re ready, and you’ll have access to a private online gallery for viewing and downloading.
Do I get a discount if I also book a newborn photoshoot?
Yes! When you book a full maternity session with us, you’ll receive $100 off your regualr newborn photoshoot (not include mini). Many families choose to capture both milestones: pregnancy and the arrival of their baby! This is such a once-in-a-lifetime journey you’ll want to remember forever.
